My neighbor hired this company to trim the trees in their back yard. Apparently they thought they had free reign to use my property however they saw fit in order to get their work done, and didn't care about any damage they caused.
If they had asked to use my property, I would have told them that would be fine if they cleaned up after themselves, but they didn't ask, and they didn't clean anything. By reading other reviews, they don't have any respect of the property that they were hired to work on either. I had to power wash my driveway to get the dirt and mud off, and will have to add soil and grade it beside my house for proper drainage.
Not only should you not hire them, but don't let your neighbors hire them either.

Got a good price for cutting down a termite-infested tree and trimming back a couple of large branches overhanging our roof. The cut wood was supposed to be in a pile in the back of our fencing behind the pool but for some reason, they put it on the other end of the yard where I was starting to work on seeding new grass, so now I have to cut down the really big pieces so I can move them to where I originally needed them.
Busted one of my concrete planters next to my fence, then turned the planter around so the busted part was against the fence so it wasn't readily visible. Also, one of the workers parked their old truck in my driveway and leaked huge spots of oil all over my driveway (that just got poured last year).
When I pointed it out, Carlos said he had tried to use something to take it off but it didn't work, but he promised he was going to go get something that would remove the oil. Guess who never came back to fix it.
Just goes to show you, you get what you pay for. A good price doesn't make up for an indifferent and careless attitude toward your property while they are there.
Frequently Asked Questions About Certified Tree Care
What types of services do tree companies offer?
Tree companies deliver comprehensive services focused on maintaining the health, safety, and visual appeal of your property's trees and landscape. Our services encompass tree trimming, pruning, removal, stump grinding, emergency storm cleanup, and thorough tree health evaluations to keep your trees healthy and attractive throughout the year.
How long does a tree service typically take?
The timeframe for tree service completion depends on the project's size and complexity. Simple jobs like trimming one tree may be completed within a few hours, while larger projects involving multiple tree removals can span several days. Since every project has unique requirements, we suggest scheduling a consultation with our professionals to receive a precise time estimate.
How often should I have my trees trimmed or pruned?
Consistent tree maintenance is essential for optimal health and lifespan. We recommend scheduling tree trimming or pruning every 3 to 5 years. The exact timing may vary based on factors such as tree species, size, location, and your specific landscaping goals.
What are the signs that indicate I need a tree service?
Several indicators suggest your trees require professional care, including dead or dangling branches, evidence of disease or pest problems, branches near power lines or buildings, and trees that look unstable or pose a falling risk. Taking immediate action helps prevent property damage and protects your family and neighborhood.
What is the difference between tree trimming and tree pruning?
Tree trimming involves cutting back overgrown branches to improve the tree's shape and enhance your landscape's overall look. Pruning is a more targeted approach that removes particular branches to boost the tree's health, safety, and growth potential.
Can tree companies grind tree stumps?
Yes, we provide stump grinding services to eliminate tree stumps remaining after tree removal. This service removes potential safety hazards, prevents pest attraction, and enhances your property's visual appeal.
