Have been charged for months for services I’ve never even received initial information given was not thorough nor honest.Not to mention the tech came out asked my kids what to do with a rodent then threw it near our NEIGHBORHOOD MAILBOX!!! In the street for everyone to be grossed out by! So jealous of all of the amazing reviews customer service rep was absolutely horrible! Told me it was nothing else he could do no refunds nothing and he would be my last result that I had ran off all of their techs etc…they would randomly just pop up never call to notify nothing never again!!!! 0/10 experience!!! Do your research!

Made sure that all of our needs would be met and painted a very pretty picture. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because of the technicians. The technicians who have come out have also been very friendly professional and punctual. The reason I'm only giving two stars is because of the customer service. Every single month I have left Specific Instructions with the company's customer service, and every single month those specific requests were not related to the technicians. Very, very close to canceling this service. However, I can say that when the technicians come out and they do their thing and they spray, I have noticed a dramatic decrease in our pests around our home. Mosquitoes, flies, and, everything has been drastically reduced. But at this point, I would almost take the Flies and mosquitoes back in exchange for having decent customer service from the company itself. Also, they claim that they are doing extermination, but what they're really doing is putting down a repellent that simply makes the bugs want to go elsewhere instead of just killing them in our area.
