  It went great! Very communicative and answered questions great! They only have 2 plans - 24 mo. Or 36 mo. And it’s at minimum $95/month. But then I saw an ad on Facebook that said first treatment for as low as $49 so I feel like I overpaid which sucks 😅 and now I’m on a 24 mo. contract at $100/month. Seems overpriced and I don’t know how long I’ll pay for it (there is a fee for terminating contract). The people are very nice though!

  Sales person stopped by because they were treating another home in the neighborhood. They offered a test trial without explaining they were signing me up for a 24 month service agreement. They had me locked in to spend $80 a month for 24 months. This was not explained! I wouldn’t recommend using a pest service that isn’t honest or trustworthy.

  Caden was awesome! Spoke with my wife while I was away; caden came back when she said I would be hom3. We Made the Deal, Michael came today and Handled business Exceptionally in a timely fashion with professional patience of explanations for every question or Senario I could throw at him while I followed him around the property. Thanks Fellas!

  What a horrible company. You sign up for a monthly service, they bill you monthly, expecting they come out to spray once a month. But then they only come out every 70-100 days and they don’t automatically reschedule the sprays and you have to call and schedule them yourself. The sales team tells you lies about the agreement you need to sign and the customer service team is difficult to work with. Not to mention, the hidden cancellation fee if you don’t settle for their service for 2 years. You would be better burning your money or going to Home Depot and getting a jug of bug spray and spraying yourself. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GREEDY PEOPLE.

  Called because we had a critter in the gutter. They were notified of this at the time of the call. The technician showed up and super nice and professional thus the two star but didn’t even have a ladder. A trap was set up at the base of the house but I still have a critter going up and down the gutter. They tried to charge full price (400 dollars) without fixing the issue and after a long discussion was charged 150 without solution to my problem. Why not just show up and say sorry I can’t reach the gutter and leave
