They promised me all sorts of service and showed up for the first treatment. That was 5May, service has been rescheduled twice now due to “No technicians”. They say that they will come tomorrow, 1July, but I am DONE. I do not trust that they will show for a monthly visit let alone any of the in between spot visits they promised. The salesman is not answering my texts either.
I had to call their posted number a few times before I could get someone at the call
Center that I could barely understand. The cancellation fee that they are trying to make me pay is $199. That would put me at a cost of $330 for that one visit.
They’re not local and they don’t care about you or the quality of work. They just want people to sign up.

The entire experience with Aptive has been top notch so far. From the first phone call to set up an account to the actual spraying, everyone was respectful and professional. Damiaen did a great job at explaining everything he was going to do while spraying the property today. He listened to my concerns attentively and answered my questions thoroughly. So far, the company seems to really abide by the philosophy that the customer comes first. Because the property was only sprayed today for the first time, it’s too early to say if Aptive’s bug spraying methods will make a difference in the bug population on our property. Time will tell. But, I am impressed by their professionalism.

Aptive came out today and treated our house. I was extremely impressed with Connor, who was very professional, communicated before he arrived, during the treatment process and went through what they had done during the treatment process.
I signed up for a long-term agreement today because of the excellent service Connor provided.
I look forward to working with Aptive moving forward.

The technician was very professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do, asked if we needed any additional services, took care of the job efficiently. He texted before the appointment, when he arrived and after he was done. Really happy to have chosen Aptive.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
