- MKMary KamerzellApr 3, 20262.0I have ordered from RH on multiple occasions. Overall past experience with their designers and sales associates had been good. Recently purchased bar stools and furniture for our basement. After waiting 3.5 months, the barstools arrived, but they were not barstools. They were counter stools. I contacted the gallery right away and they agreed to make a no cost change from the counter stools to barstools (their error), but since they were custom, I would still have to wait 4 months for the correct stools. That would be roughly 8 months since the original order. They went a step further and offered loaner barstools at no cost to bridge the gap. This sounded like a great offer, so I took them up on it. Well they charged me the full price for the "loaner" barstools. I have been trying to get the charges reversed for weeks now and no one can explain why they are not being refunded. Every single time I call I get the runaround and then assured they will take care of it. 10 business days later, no one has taken care of it. The amount of time and babysitting I have to do with this is so frustrating. Arhaus will be getting my business now.

She takes into consideration items that have your interest, spaces in your home and makes sure they serve their functional purpose. She will express her own personal recommendation through experience when asked upon! Very kind and personable. The follow up care has been top tier.
