  I give my Lovesac sectional a 5/5, but give my purchase experience a 3/5. When my family and I walked into the store, we were greeted in a negative tone like we were an inconvenience. As we tried out the display couches, an employee said aloud to another employee, “We’ve had so many walk ins today,” in a complaining tone. It was awkward, and I felt he assumed we were just there without making a purchase. When we decided to build our couch, the employee was very straight-faced. After making a big purchase, we never received a simple “thanks for coming in.” Instead, we were told, “You’ll expect this couch in two weeks. See you guys.” My husband and I have worked in customer service, and felt like the entire process was uncomfortable. A few days later, I received a call letting me know that the employee didn’t build my couch correctly, so I had to purchase 2 additional parts over the phone. Once I finally received all the boxes, I followed the visual instructions the employee had sent me, only to find out that those instructions were incorrect. I reached back out and appreciated the employee redoing the instructions for me.
