- AHAly HarrisonJul 3, 20261.0Rosemary (the owner) got irritated because we sent back a couch we liked in store that didn’t end up working for our family. When we wanted a different couch she was going to charge us $200 in delivery and then told the general manager that he could not service us because we were not in his district even though he was very helpful throughout the whole event til now. I do not recommend this store. Not to mention the fact when we were returning it she stated “I don’t know why I’m dealing with this shit I’m 75 years old” you’d have better luck at rent a center
- RBRichard BeltranJun 1, 20261.0Rose is great ..but we were on a auto plan for awhile, then we would notice different amounts higher amounts were attempted to be taken off our debit card which would cause it to be locked .then you would call certain employees and nobody had the same answers and when they would be caught in a lie they are rude and tell you they are single parents and blame you for their struggles literally all cause the Mgr rose quoted a amount the girl didn't. ...she wanted me to pay more .. this is not a game I enjoy playing especially when most of us are using debit cards that lock. And if you call the girl she's rude and will hang up on you ..im contracted for a few more payments and have gotten numerous items but I won't be back and will not recommend anyone to go there

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
