When my basement first flooded I had no idea what to do, I called Vortex and they came out same day and got everything taken care of and have been there to help me every time my basement has flooded. You can rely on Vortex and know that they’ll get you and your home taken care of and put back together so you can breath easy and keep on living your life after an awful event like flooding in your home.   The 2 young gentlemen worked hard and steady to clean the ducts of our house, giving us feedback regarding the need to replace vent covers in the kitchen that were full of grease and uncleanable.They were courteous and friendly and respectful of our house. I will recommend Vortex to others.

  I cannot say enough great things about Emily and Bryson at Vortex! We had our air ducts cleaned after construction work in our home, and they exceeded every expectation. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our ductwork was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned since the house was built in 1975, so we knew it was a big job. Their cleaning process was extremely thorough, and they even provided before-and-after photos. The difference was amazing—the ducts looked practically brand new! What impressed me just as much was how respectful they were of our home. They cleaned up so well afterward that you couldn't even tell they had been there. The pricing was also the best part.
