Added a $5.99 key to my cart. It cost $7.50 instead. I understand tax needs to be added but tax wouldn’t add that much. Claimed my phone number was needed to finish transaction for a receipt. Didn’t get one instead they just texted me begging for a Google review.

Went to the local Walmart and have the key made. It arrived earlier than scheduled and it worked. As it was a transponder key. Really really happy with my experience

The kiosk was extremely easy to use. I made 3 keys of my new house to pass out to family and the option for them to remember my key so I can order more if I need them was an amazing feature! The prices weren't too outrageous either. I got 3 pretty keys with cool designs for less than $20!

I don't recommend doing their extra precision key makers -at least not for house keys. The extra precision flattened out the house key and made it hard to turn in the lock. However! If you just get the normal key cut, the key comes out very well and it saved me from needing to borrow my husband's keys. Their return process is very simple too, so I was able to start the return on the bad key with a few buttons and get a new key.
