- NPNathan PartainAug 8, 20265.0Their irrigation system failed on the weekend via a backflow valve they installed. No emergency service or answering service on the weekends. Yard is flooded! However, both the owner and residential manager did pick up a phone mail messages. The residential manager worked with me over the phone to cutoff the system but it did require a plumber to come out and get the job done. Barthuly did dispatch a service call first thing on Monday morning to repair the system. So, my rating went from a one star on Saturday to a five star on Monday morning.
