  Worked on a 42 year old Maytag dryer. Replaced roller and pulley. Told us to never get rid of this dryer and if we had to, to call him first. Such a breath of fresh air. Usually we are told it’s cheaper to replace the appliance than to fix it or we can’t get the parts by other repairmen as they kindly offer to take it off our hands for another fee. We’ve lived in our house 11 years and have had to replace three new high end appliances so far. It’s nice that someone can actually fix something for a change.

  Tim B. came to diagnose my refrigerator that was no longer maintaining temperatures consistently in the freezer and refrigerator compartments. I appreciated the timely text updates prior to his arrival. Tim was not only friendly but willing to answer all of my questions about what he was doing / looking for during his inspection. He tried several potential "fixes" (steaming away ice on the coils and openings) but, unfortunately his ultimate diagnosis was that the "patient" was on an irreversible decline to total and non-repairable shutdown. The good news is that I know it was not my imagination about the inconsistent temperature control and I will be looking for a replacement refrigerator. What great service!

  Andrew was great. He kept us informed for the repair and was courteous enough to call to let us know he was on the way. We will definitely use again and highly recommend.
