  Tim was the Service man who came to repair my washer. When he walked in, he told me that he was very familiar with my whirlpool washer and that it was the workhorse of all washers as far as top loaders go he said whirlpool made a tremendous washer and they will last for years. He said that I had a small rust spot on the pump that was leaking the water and I needed a new pump. The price was very reasonable. I told him that I would not have called the company had I not seen their commercial on TV and he told me That he would not be working there if it was not for the owners. He said they were absolutely wonderful people and honest and he would not work for anyone else.

  We have used Step Above in the past and have been very pleased with their service. Got an appointment fairly quickly and the technician arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and the fridge is running well again. Thanks, Step Above.

  Tim was very good. Too bad the parts were not the correct ones for the dryer, but that was not his fault.

  They will be my first call from now on! 10/10! We had two other people come and try and repair our oven before them. They fixed it. And while they were here, they fixed her dishwasher. With professionalism and even better…kindness!
