There, a person, Karey Ann, who l believe was a manager, helped me resolve my dilemma. I wanted to point out to those over her how patient, helpful and very kind she was clearing up my problem. Her special care left a very good taste for Lowe’s in my mind. Please pass on to her boss, “she’s a keeper!”

Let me also add how annoying trying to get a warm breathing human to answer our phone calls instead of the annoying AI robot that was absolutely useless. My wife and I spent three days home waiting for this delivery that was scheduled from 8 am to 8 pm that never happened because of incompetence. The last attempt to get these items delivered was promised today with a guaranteed delivery between 8 am and 12 noon. But once again, Lowe’s couldn’t get it done. When we called the store, we were informed that our appliances were never even loaded on the delivery truck. So we canceled our purchase and took our business to Menards.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
