BUYER BEWARE!!!! We purchased a refrigerator from Lowe’s and it stopped working 72 hours after it was delivered. We contacted Lowe’s in Warsaw where we purchased it and was informed that warranty for Lowe’s was only for 48 hours and that we needed to contact the manufacturer. We are now waiting for them to contact us. The story here is Lowe’s will sell you the product and get the profit but after 48 hours they don’t even know you!!!
UPDATE!!! BUYER BEWARE do not buy the protection plan as that is a SCAM. It is third party policy that Lowe’s sell and turns over to the third party to execute, which does not cover anything that Lowe’s sells after 48 hours for the first year which they say is the manufacturer warranty. This is not the way it is presented to you at the store. The asst. manger at Lowe’s Warsaw told me when I first called about the issue with the refrigerator that if I had bought the extended warranty they could help us resolve the issue. Come to find out that was a LIE, so be very aware of what they are telling you when you purchase anything from Lowe’s. Which I will never do again and inform my friends and anyone else price is not always the best option when it comes to service. SHOP where they treat you like a valued customer not a way to increase their profits, which is all Lowe’s is concerned about!!!! DON’T waste your time calling the Lowe’s number below!!!! They will just transfer you to Whirlpool warranty department, Lowe’s must be making good money on a product they sell and not back after 48 hours to pay someone to give you the runaround about their commitment to service. What a joke that’s not funny!!!

I bought a new washer and dryer and was told I would be called for delivery. And nobody called and I called back and waited on hold for 30 minutes to find out nobody was working in appliances and I'm very frustrated and not sure if I will ever shop at this Lowe's or any lows again very frustrating.
