  I couldn’t be happier with the new cameras we have. Bob Stout came out and met with me to find out what our needs were and where all we wanted cameras. He was very professional and listened to everything I had to say. He then came up with several different options for us to choose from. From there, I was contacted by Mindy, Operations Manager for Pye-Barker. She too was very professional and accommodating with getting us put on the schedule. Getting internet to the building was more of a process on my end than anticipated. Mindy was sure to keep in contact with me on the progress of getting internet to the building. I did not feel rushed, but yet at the same time knew that they had not forgotten about us. Once we had internet installed, she made sure to get us on the schedule right away. Jeremiah and Andy were responsible for running conduit, pulling cable, installing the cameras and doing training on the software. Andy did an excellent job of running conduit and pulling cable. He cleaned up after himself, he didn’t leave scuff marks or smudges all over the white walls and he made sure the conduit runs were ran straight. Jeremiah came out and made short work of setting up the cameras and making sure they were covering the areas that I needed. He too, made sure to clean up after himself and was very professional with the installation and training. I would highly recommend Pye-Barker to anybody looking for cameras for their commercial buildings.

  First of all, excellent customer service! Kevin was our point of contact and we could not be more pleased. His communication with us was spot-on. Between the installation process and post-install follow-up - we can't say enough good about the Pye-Barker team. Professional, competent, quality service. We highly recommend this company. Thank you, Kevin and crew, for making the entire process as simple as possible!
