  Pushed button in plumbing waited half hour no one assisted me. Ask several employees that walked by if they could help me. They said no and kept walking. One employee did say the person who could help me was off today. I left, went to Rural King, across the street, they immediately ask if they could help me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

  We will not be shopping at this location again and possibly any Lowe’s. Purchased a refrigerator late in the day on Friday . Due to suggestions online allowing for extra time to settle chemicals and allow to cool, a busy weekend, and basic troubleshooting (adjusting temperature control, unplugging, additional space for air flow) we did not contact Lowe’s until after their 48 hr return window. Which we were not informed of when the purchase was made. Due to having to deal with Frigidaire, we are on day 20 of a defective fridge. Finally got a repair technician who determined the compressor was bad. Lowe’s would STILL not replace the item. I do not recommend Lowe’s or Frigidaire.

  I typically enjoy Lowe’s because of their products but today I was given the absolute worst customer experience ever. I am 5’5” and in generally good shape. Due to my small size, my husbands tall truck, and the fact it had been raining off and on, I thought it would be best to ask for help loading the 20 bags of mulch that I had purchased. When purchasing in the garden area the lady said she didn’t have a phone out there to let them know, I said it would be fine I could see a few men already out in that area. Once I pull up to the mulch that I had purchased no one was there. I waited 10 minutes, no one comes back, so then I call and get ahold of an employee inside the store and explain the situation she says okay I will call and let someone know. Instead of hanging up she puts me on hold which I am assuming because she’s waiting to hear back from someone. I am on hold for 15 minutes. I decide to hang up and go back into the store to talk to someone. The lady I found was the same one I talked to on the phone, she says yes someone will be out there to help you, I say okay but why was I on hold for 15 minutes? She looks at me confused and responds I didn’t put you on hold. I say okay well I’ll go back out there. I go back out there and wait about 10 more minutes. No one is coming and the rain had finally let up. I decide to start loading it all myself, I get all but 3 bags loaded before 3 guys show up to help. They apologize and I told them it was ridiculous that I waited 25 minutes to get someone to help me. In reality once I finally pulled out of their parking lot I realized I had actually been out there close to 40. I will never be shopping here again, terrible terrible customer service.

  I wanted to say thank you to Lowe's I come from a low income family I paid $528 for a dryer on February 21st it is now stopped working it will not heat up it will not move the timer it will not shut off when you hit the off button all it'll do is spend and blow cold air I call you all it takes me over an hour to finally get somebody to get on the phone and when I get on the phone they treat me like I'm nobody to them and they tell me that I cannot return the dryer because it's been longer than 45 days in 45 days a dryer if not even got the new smell off of it nobody told us there was a 45 day warranty nobody told us nothing we went to the register we paid it we pushed it out we loaded it in the car nobody would help us and I just want to let you know that this is wrong I took every dime I had every week to save up to get that much money to buy that dryer and now you're telling me there's nothing you can do for me the lady I talked to wouldn't let me talk to a manager but I want to give Lowe's the lowest review ever for the way they treated me and refuse to help me solve this solution so if anybody goes to Lowe's in Vincennes watch what you buy because what they sell there will break after they're 45-day warranty I want to say a big thank you to Lowe's you guys are one of the worst stores I've ever been to in My Life
