- CCClaire's CraftsAug 3, 20261.0Extremely poor service. Called, left a mess for a callback, they didn't even save the message let alone call me back. And don't get me started on their online ordering which is a hassle and they tell you you have to go into the store anyway so ordering online is pointless it's a waste of time. I submitted all my information including my entire social security number.
- SSSusanJul 11, 20261.0I tried a couple of times to rent/buy a lift chair. A very expensive lift chair. Communication with my local store in Terre Haute, IN was very frustrating. The contract was signed all I needed was a delivery date so I tried to call my closest store. The phone rang and rang then someone would just hang up! This happened repeatedly throughout the day when I tried to call. Finally a lady answered and said she was just too busy to answer the phone "there were people everywhere!" Her words. Could I hold on. So after 16 minutes on hold I hung up and cancelled my order. I don't trust a company that treats potential or new customers like that. Customer service is your first impression of a business and mine was very disappointing. Sorry Aaron's but your competitor got my business!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
