  We exclusively use Mastercare for our carpet cleaning and floor finishing at Goshen College. They are always pleasant to work with and do a fantastic job for us. We always have a lot to schedule but the work is done in a timely manner to fit our needs.

  Eliot and Bradley were absolutely amazing in their professionalism during this service. They went above and beyond to clean high trafficking areas on my carpet. I gave them each a $30 tip for their excellent customer service. I recommend them to anyone who wants this type of customer care experience!

  We hired MasterCare to clean the carpets in our new house before move-in. They came earlier in the week to provide a quote, but the final price ended up being more than double due to additional stain treatments. While they did tell us before starting, I wish the original provided estimate had better communicated the potential range of additional costs—especially since we were moving in the next day and didn’t have much flexibility. Unfortunately, despite the added cost, ALL of the stains remained after the carpets dried, and overall the carpets did not appear significantly cleaner. I later cleaned the problem areas myself and was surprised by how much dirt and grime came up. For nearly $1,000, I expected noticeable results. Very disappointed with the value and outcome.

  I contacted them to do a bedroom with pet treatment and a very small office same level along with 7 steps . I was quoted by phone 160.00. I shampoo my own carpets but decided to go professional since my house goes on the market in 2 days. The 2 guys came out and the faded pet stains on white carpet they quoted 450.00 upon arrival 30 min late. Of course I sent them away. Totally mislead. Called another company Elkharts Best (whom I’ve used before) and quote was 1/2 that price with a pet treatment. Totally mislead by this South Bend company. Plus they charge 25.00 to have made that 450.00. Be prepared for a dramatic price change upon arrival!!!!
