Not a great place to store your belongings, however the staff was friendly. Second month of renting, the AC on the 2nd floor was not working and it was extremely humid. Which defeated the whole purpose of us renting a climate controlled unit. I called and was told they would look into it and give me a call back. Nothing was fixed and they did not call me back. Third month in and the Bluetooth door became disabled, so we were no longer able to even access our units and belongings outside of staffed hours. They are only open until 6pm with staff and we aren't home until that time. The management mentioned the office door not opening correctly and said "Just another thing that needs fixed around here." Mind you, this is a Brand New storage. We moved out ASAP. I do not recommend this storage.
