Extra Space Storage was great for storing or college student & his roommate’s stuff during the summer and study abroad. Having an inside, temperature controlled space kept piece of mind for electronics, etc. during the hot summer (and winter study abroad). Prices were reasonable so we ended up keeping the unit during the fall to store tailgate stuff. The staff was very helpful in setup and move out too! Highly recommended!!

More than doubled my storage unit cost after only a few months of having the unit. A tiny 5x5 should not be $83. This is not the prevailing market rate and this company is banking on people being too lazy to leave. I called and the rep had attitude + said he’s able to request my rate go down but it wouldn’t be the rate I signed up for. So apparently if you call and complain about the increase they can decrease the rate, which is also them banking on you being too lazy to do something about a predatory increase. I decided to just move my storage elsewhere. Unethical company. Just go elsewhere. Photo added for algorithm
