- DMDanielle McDougalMay 7, 20261.0Awful customer service. Their phone number on Google hangs up after three rings. Then the website says “order online” but when you find the part you want it then says “call store for price.” I tried the two numbers on the website and both are disconnected. I drive there and the guy was just dismissive and he can’t hear through the plastic he has in front of the window. The part isn’t in stock, which if I could have called I’d have saved the time and gas to get here. No wonder it’s a ghost town there.

Thanks Aaron, Eric & the rest of the crew. Getting a Subzero in efficiently is a big job. Then to top off the great service the owner Jason stopped in to check on the project and to thank us for being customers. The founder, his grandfather would be proud indeed.

Adam was amazing to work with and made the process so easy. A huge shoutout to the installers, too—they were incredibly meticulous with the delivery, setup, and hauling away our old units. The price was super reasonable, especially since it covered everything plus an extended 5-year warranty (parts and labor!). Highly recommend!

Our delivery date was 2 weeks out, but we got a call the next day and were rescheduled for Monday… 2 days later! Our delivery person, Eric was on time and called before he arrived. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job! We highly recommend Bob Millers and will use them for future purchases!
