We like to be able to keep some furnishing on hand to help them get started when they have a place. We use the storage units for this purpose. The cost for the unit had become a little prohibitive for us. We explained our mission and our situation to Jessica, the local manager. She worked really hard to figure out an affordable solution for us and we are so appreciative of her. So glad we connected with her, she is awesome!

Every question I had was answered, every concern was handled and I never once felt like “just another customer.” What stood out the most was her willingness to work with me during a difficult and unpredictable situation. That level of understanding and flexibility made a huge difference for me and took a lot of pressure off during an already overwhelming time. If you’re looking for a place that is not only professional and well-run, but also staffed by truly compassionate people, this is it.
