  Pass has handled pest control at our 50-condo community for five years. Their annual inspections are thorough and their service and communication are excellent. It's reassuring to know they're there to answer questions anytime.

  It helps to be able to tell the technician where to spend more time and treatment. We’ve had some spiders in the garage so the technician took the time to treat those areas as well as on our back porch. I like that they take the time to try to remove as many of the spiderwebs as possible from the home.

  Services not guaranteed as advertised. Out of sight. Out of mind. Unreliable follow up to check for initial sources. Documented services not accurate. Testy exchanges documented between service provider. Unanswered questions about pricing and abrupt change in service contract without following up. Accusatory response without any explanation or clarification of services. Run. Don’t walk. Documentable service charges totaling ~ $6,000. Same exact problem back at Square one. I’d give them 0 star if possible. Extremely difficult to deal with C-suite management. The owe us our money back but refuse to respond in kind. False promises and false advertising is persistent and documented.

  So far we are very pleased with our service. Your concern for our pest issue is noticeable. Tanner is very informative about what is going on. Chris was informative as well.
