Like others have stated, I was hit with several price hikes in a short time span, and recently hit with another 50% increase. There's no justification for this, even if you are trying to put things in line with market value. Your facility is subpar and charging nearly $200 a month for a non climate controlled unit is reprehensible

The owner raised the price by 50% in a month, after multiple price hikes implemented after the ruthless owner took over. This place is exploitative and they absolutely do not care about your feedback, they care about maximizing profit and bleeding Americans dry during a cost of living crisis. Horrible business, out of touch owner, oh and the facility has pests on top of it.

So we all know storage units will raise there prices but this place is the worst..they will take your money and couple days later put locks on the unit saying they want more money..they raise there rates 50 percent in just 1 month.. just really think about it before using storage units your gonna realize,you should have sold it,donated it,or just let it go..save yourself future headaches and waste of money..
