- JMJohn Myers4 days ago1.0I went to Lowes to buy a new gas grill. I talked to a young girl named Reese I think and she went to the back to look for it. She was gone for 20 minutes and never saw here again. After about 15 minutes another guy came by and went to go look for her and the grill. Finally after 30 minutes another guy came out with the grill. This was after I already spent waiting 30 minutes at the South Bend Lowe's for the same grill to find out they actually didn't have it in stock when it showed they had 3 online.

A outside carrier delivered my heavy glass shower door to my front door- there was no text or knock on the door to let me know the door had arrived. Upset, I called Lowe’s, explained the situation and the carrier was supposed to put the shower door in my garage. Brandon drove out to my house with his assistant & moved this heavy door into the garage for me. I was extremely grateful, for Lowe’s going the extra mile.

Wouldn't fit...it was bigger than what we used even though it was the same size. I was told I cannot return it because it was opened. I'm out $40.00. Guess I'll stay with Menards

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
