  Ordered a part for same day delivery. Order goes through and proceeds to get marked as shipped. Call store 5 minutes before close to see if it's been picked up as their order confirmation states a separate email will generate. The rep advised me the part was given to a contractor who came in and they had to "cancel" the order. Order status still shows shipped. Proceed to contact customer service and be advised I cannot cancel the order because they marked it as shipped. Absolutely despicable customer service and even worse local store.

  I’ve been coming here for a while, and every visit has been a good experience. The employees are always friendly and willing to help without making you feel like you’re bothering them. They answered my questions, tested my pool water, and explained what I actually needed instead of trying to sell me a bunch of extra products. The store is clean, well stocked, and it’s nice to know I can count on them when I need pool supplies. I’ll definitely keep coming back

  Austin is 5 stars. Helped me get my pool from disaster to clear in a couple days. My original pool builder and one other pool store could not steer me in the right direction. Thank you Austin.

  Austin was extraordinary! He was warm and friendly from the moment we walked in, answered every question we had, and then proactively shared information we didn't even know we needed. He walked us through the water test results clearly, explained what was wrong and why, and told us about current sales in a way that was so concise and enthusiastic that I actually told him he should be in commercials for the store. He didn't just sell us products, he genuinely helped us understand our pool. That kind of knowledge and customer care is rare. Austin is a real asset to this location!
