  My interaction with an employee today: I ask her for help finding leather cord, and she rolls her eyes at me immediately. She asks what I need it for because “she has leather cord in three different places in the store.” I tell her I want it for necklaces. She takes me to a product that wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, and I further explained that I want leather cord on a spool. She states, “Well that’s why I asked you what kind of cord you wanted, because like I said, I have it in three places in the store.” I told her that I have no idea what kind of products are in this store, told her she didn’t need to have an attitude with me, and asked her if I need to ask someone else for help. She denied having an attitude, but then said she’s “sorry I feel that way.” One of the most disrespectful and rude interactions I’ve had in an establishment in YEARS. Absolutely unacceptable.

  Meh. It's a hobby lobby. Kinda judgemental people with an attitude, some really nice. But usually really well stocked and clean

  I stopped into Hobby Lobby not expecting much beyond checking a few things off my list, and ended up leaving in a genuinely better mood than when I walked in. That’s thanks to Brittany. She was helpful from the start — patient, knowledgeable, and happy to point me in the right direction without making me feel like I was interrupting her day. But what really stood out was how easy she was to talk to. We ended up laughing together more than once, and she has one of those smiles that’s just contagious. You can tell she actually enjoys what she does and enjoys people. It’s a small thing, a few minutes with a sales clerk, but it brightened my whole day. Brittany is the kind of employee who makes a store feel welcoming instead of just convenient. Hobby Lobby is lucky to have her, and I hope someone lets her know she’s appreciated.

  I can’t believe I have never reviewed Hobby Lobby! They literally have everything! Any thing! My kid loves to go here my hubby loves to go here. My parents want to go here! They have something for everyone. They have a lot of home decor and holiday stuff too. They have plenty of flowers if you wanna make a wreath or like something for your house or bouquets or corsage. They have things that are already are made and they have kits so that you can make your own. They have the least expensive T-shirts I’ve ever seen! So you can tie-dye them or paint on them or whatever you want. They have stuff for woodworking and scrapbooking and any kind of art you can think of beads for jewelry making they have every kind of drawer pull and cabinet knob you could think of. They have really good deals and they have furniture they have tons of holiday things for every single holiday! They usually have a lot of good things for Service men and women however, lately when I go, they’re usually sold out I wish they could get some more. I bought my favorite bird house here. Even when we’re not buying things, we love going here just to look at things and get ideas. I have spent tons of hours here. I probably should just get a job here.
