  Ethan let us browse but showed up promptly when we had questions. He showed us several models of loveseats and was knowledgeable about each. He listened to our questions and suggested a lovely loveseat, pointing out the features and answering all of our questions. We did not feel high pressure and are happy with our choice and the experience! Oh, Go Cubs!!

  We came in 7 minutes before closing.. just expecting to look really quick and be out of there, because we really need a couch. We found one we both liked and decided to get it. Ola McKenzie helped us and was so patient and understanding! He helped us through the process and was so kind even though we did come in close to closing! Ola gave us great costumer service and I would recommend anyone to come and shop with him! Can’t wait to get our couch!
