  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars to ServiceScape. As a business owner myself, customer service matters. The moment I called ServiceScape, Clay, the owner, answered the phone personally. Not only did he answer, he took far more time with me than most owners ever would. In fact, he spent so much time answering questions and discussing our project that he eventually had to politely cut me off. He had already won me over long before the estimate was completed simply because of the level of professionalism, accessibility, and pride he takes in his company. Five stars as well to Shelly for her outstanding customer service and communication. Special shout out to Terri (I’m positive that was his name) if not, I apologize. Whatever the matter, I’m specifically addressing the man who came out for the estimate. We also recently returned home from an extended vacation and were absolutely thrilled with the improvements made to our lawn while we were away. The difference was noticeable immediately. For a little context, our property in the Woods of Concord, Lot 1 has been the subject of an ongoing dispute involving drainage issues that have left portions of the property looking like an absolute mess!!! (And hauling our $400,000.00 outdoor living space) It has been frustrating to invest in and care for a beautiful home while having to look out at land that has been damaged and difficult to maintain solely due to an illegal culvert WITHIN our lot- or as it’s been referred to “the most beautiful ‘pond’ in all of laporte county” lol. ( no “concord” subdivision has legal drainage. They just stuffed culverts into bushes and lots until,…. “Discovered”). That is exactly why we appreciate ServiceScape so much!!!! Rather than making excuses, (“might be a pond”) they stepped in and worked to make the absolute best of a difficult situation. BECAUSE FULLY TAXED PROPERTY ON LOT 1 AT THE ENTRANCE- NEEDS TO LOOK NICE!- and THE CASTROS HAVE THE KACHING! Their efforts have dramatically improved the appearance of our property and helped restore pride in our outdoor space. ( the future home of my custom basketball court, which will say “LACASA DECASTRO”) …. A “tribute” to everyone in laporte county who said “Castros don’t have the means”. When we moved into Woods of Concord, I was told more than once that people in this subdivision compete for the best lawns. Consider the Castros officially entered into the competition. After meeting Clay and speaking with Terry during the estimate process, we felt confident we had selected a top-tier company. The results have exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Clay, Terry, Shelly, and the entire ServiceScape team. We appreciate the responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work. We look forward to continuing our relationship for years to come.

  We are new to ServiScape who we hired this season to re-do our driveway, refresh our landscaping and handle our lawn maintenance. We have been blown away by their customer service, professionalism and attention to detail. Our lawn looks amazing. Long-time problems have (finally) been addressed. Our calls and emails are answered promptly (a miracle compared to our last landscaping partner!) Every member of the team is polite, professional and knowledgeable. Big shout-out to Shelley who is on top of all of the details!

  We’ve used ServiScape for landscaping, yard projects, and Christmas Decor, and they have been outstanding every time! They are always on time, have a highly professional staff, and consistently do an excellent job. Their attention to detail is top-notch, and they always leave the area spotless after completing the work. We highly recommend ServiScape for any of your landscaping needs. 10/10!
