  Bought a reclining lift chair for my dad. Two months after having it, the electric quit in the chair…My father who is disabled and elderly was stuck in the chair with it reclined…. After just having surgery he was to weak to roll out of the chair and then me try to help him up into bed… after trying everything I could possible think of…. I called 911 for a lift assist…..It took 7 days for someone to come out and tell me the wiring harness had failed and the chair needs a new one…..and to release the chair back down into the sitting position…..He will order it, he says, 5-7 business days it should be here, once I get it call and ask for service to come out to install it…we got it and called and the lady said!!!!!. 3 WEEKS!!!!! Had to wait for someone to come back out and re wire it…. I was up to my limit trying to handle this hole situation!!!! I asked and begged, can’t you just replace the chair!!!!!! It’s been a month by this time, eventually., about 6 weeks into the fiasco the chair was replaced…. Other new chair is working fine so far…. It’s only been about 5 weeks since it was delivered….So the rest remains to be seen…Ask me again in a year if the chair lasts that long…?!?

  Our salesman, Jack, was great. He let us wander to see what we liked and didn't like. Once we made our decision on a recliner, he was super efficient in getting us scheduled for delivery. I would definitely come back to purchase more furniture here!!

  Rachel was beneficial in helping us select the right furniture to fit our needs. She came out to look at our great room to give us awesome advice. We made some minor changes before purchasing.

  I had a wonderful experience with Jane, Debbie. She was very knowledgeable about the recliner I needed. She showed me a few different kinds and the first one she showed me was the best for me. I purchased it. She said the delivery wouldn’t be till September 17th but I got a message today saying it can be delivered next week. I’m very pleased with Lazyboy furniture.
