Once was 24 hours, now they use the excuse of a tornado that occurred in June, to not have that offer. They also say first month free, yet both times I’ve rented I’ve have to pay for the first month. The staff is ok, and getting the rental isn’t bad. They will raise your rates like clock work. So be aware of this. They always claim it’s because of their expenses going up but they do this. It’s shitty but they don’t.

Kind and helpful. Robert was so awesome, helped us with our issues and was kind and understanding. The place is so clean and organized. 10/10 would rent from again. Love the drive up access so you don't have to load and unload in the weather.
