    Very large store with lots to choose from. The store could use a better layout and a bit more product as there are some areas with rows of empty shelves. Products can vary from nice to a bit gimmicky, so choose wisely.

    I love this store and could spend a couple hours in there. As well as spend a pretty penny. However, they often have clearance items and although that can rack up your bill, I still love shopping here. I've bought everything from outdoor items like patio cushions, to rugs, pictures, kitchen items and small tables here. If you have never been, I definitely recommend it.

    I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the At Home store thanks to Teresa, Keana, Lisa, and John N. From the moment I walked in, each of them went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, professionalism, and kindness. Teresa was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I found exactly what I needed while creating such a positive shopping experience. Keana was knowledgeable, patient, and eager to help with every question I had. Lisa and John N truly went above and beyond. I spoke with both of them, and they were extremely professional, caring, and dedicated to making sure everything was taken care of. Their willingness to help and their positive attitudes made a lasting impression on me. It is rare to find a team that genuinely cares about customers the way they do. Their dedication, positive energy, and willingness to go the extra mile made my visit unforgettable. Because of employees like Teresa, Keana, Lisa, and John N, I will absolutely continue shopping at the Merrillville At Home store and recommending it to others. What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
