- JJJoe Johnson6 days ago1.0Pressure washer was not starting put fresh gas in filled it up Took it in forgot howard retired and another business bought it told the gentleman it would not start filled with fresh gas. Picked it up saw on bill they drained the gas put only a quarter tank in it called to find out why they had to do this she put me on hold then I was disconnected probably won't go back if this is how I am treated

- JSJay SMay 16, 20232.0Make sure to get an estimate in writing! Howard gave me a verbal quote for $350 and then charged me $470. Not once did he call to tell me that the price was going to $470. My presumptions is that he didn't want to lose my business, so told me a lower price, then charged me a higher price. It's actually a violation of the "deceptive pricing or false advertising" law. If I had time, I could file a case in Boone county court, but I'm too busy to deal with his shenanigans.

What form of payment is accepted?
We accept payment of cash, check, any major credit card, ACH, and several outsource financing options.

When servicing my equipment, do you offer pick-up and drop-off for my machine?
Yes, we charge $80 for the delivery of equipment within a 20-mile radius of our locations. Extra fees apply for anything beyond 20 miles.
Is there a diagnostic charge just to look at my machine?
Yes, there is a diagnostic fee for all equipment:
- For small to medium landscape equipment, a charge worth .5 hrs of labor is applied.
- For large tractors, RTVs, utility loaders, and truck & trailer equipment, a charge worth 1.0 hrs of labor is applied.
How long will it take for my machine to be diagnosed & repaired?
Wait times can vary depending on the time of year and parts availability. Please call ahead to inquire about our lead times.
Do I need an appointment for my equipment to be serviced?
For equipment, we use a "1st come, 1st service" system; there are no appointments.
For trailers, spreaders, and plows, call ahead to make an appointment or submit a Service Request Form.
If you don't have the part that I need, can you order it?
We can special order almost anything. Let's work together to find the part that you need!
What kinds of parts do you carry?
We carry thousands of parts for all types of outdoor power equipment including engines, air filters, belts, batteries, spark plugs, trimmer line, blades, maintenance kits, and so much more.
