- PKP. Bronson Kays3 days ago1.0only went with this storage because I was in a pinch and needed something same day. I would have been better off waiting and planning it out better. The flag they had outside of the storage facility said first month free no asterisks, no fine print. after signing up for $86 a month for a 10 x 10. not too bad I thought it’s only temporary. Fast-forward six months my rate has now almost doubled to $147 monthly. I called to ask what’s going on they said that my teaser rate had expired and this is now the normal price. I asked whatever happened to my free month and they said that their sign was only for the smallest unit and would not honor their advertising. False advertising and misleading. Overpriced storage. All they care about is their $ this place is a cash cow. anyone would be better off going with somewhere locally owned
