  This is a full line mattress store. The salespeople are very knowledgeable about sleep systems and products. They have more lines and models than you can find anywhere else that I have been. Take your time and listen. I found that even their entry level products were competitive. There's a lot to learn even if you don't buy a bed here. You are going to be spending one third of your life sleeping on your purchase. Make an informed and educated decision.

  Initially everything was fine. I purchased a Kingsdown dual firmness mattress, blue/green. I was delivered a Kingsdown dual firmness mattress, blue/gold. When I called about it I was told the sales associate had gone in and changed my order to the blue/gold one because the Bed Match machine said I needed a gold firmness level. I have talked to the sales associate twice, the manager once on the phone and once by email. The manager said they don't understand how they are in the wrong here. They will not resolve the situation so that I have a Kingsdown dual firmness mattress, blue/green like I ordered.

  Went on their test bed that determines the best bed for you, my girlfriend and I were skeptical about this but did it anyway. It showed us exactly the spots we were feeling pain when we woke up. Then they take you to the beds that match your body type and the second one we tried we almost fell asleep on in about 5 minutes. We bought it and the pillows and finally sleep through the night!!!
