  Great help from Sonya ~5++ stars. I have not had my items delivered or set up so I cannot review to that. I can confidently say all store employees were helpful and had great attitudes!! Great selection + some beautiful discontinued items for great prices.

  My husband and I had a great experience working with Mina at Furniture Row today! As new customers, we weren’t sure what to expect - but Mina was incredibly helpful (!) - answering all of our questions, making sure we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase, helping us decide which furniture pieces would be the best fit for our family’s needs, etc. We’d highly recommend checking out Furniture Row!

  Bought a couch set, bar stools, kitchen table and chairs, and a bed. All items have either broken or needed repair within a year. The barstools were missing pegs to protect flooring, I reached out to the store to order new ones within two months of purchase still today do not have them. My son’s bed was missing drawers for under the bed, They took three months to come in and I had to go personally go pick them up, Like sectional couch one month after the warranty was out a motor went out in one of the couches and when I sat down on a couch, it ripped right down the middle. The store manager would not cover anything by warranty She said I was one month past it It’s sad they won’t repair things just after 12 months. I will not buy a single product of theirs again. Thank you for selling me a warranty that doesn’t cover anything. I would not recommend buying anything from the store. Everything is cheap quality made. Thank you furniture for letting me spend $10,000 on absolute junk. The store should be ashamed of itself for allowing things like this to happen.

  Ethan is the best! He greeted us just as we walked in the door, we told him what we wanted & he showed us our options. He is very knowledgeable about the products and answered every question we had.....He went above and beyond every step of the way, from the minute we walked in all the way through delivery. Furniture Row is very fortunate to have such a professional, knowledgeable, & personable sales associate as Ethan! FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY & WE WILL SPREAD THE WORD AS WELL AS BE A RETURN CUSTOMER!!!!!
