    I’m sorry to complain but I found my proof of purchase for an item and it was four days past the 90 days and the girl said I must speak to a manager and I was on hold for 10 minutes waiting for a manager to come which he never did. I always believed Lowes was a good place to shop, but just moving I had some returns to make so I went to Home Depot before I went to Lowe’s and the return was very quick and easy and no problem but Lowe’s they are very strict and not exceptions and their customer. Service isn’t very good so I would recommend to everyone to go to Home Depot ornMenards to get good customer service and people that treat you honesty, with respect and compassion!!!!

    terrible service. Misleading products and delivery times on their app. A manager that needs to get a new job, as her customer service skills are terrible and her knowledge is extremely low on her own products and app. Got absolutely no where, as usual, with an issue I came across with misleading information from their own app after spending nearly $700 and arranging for a vehicle to pick up an item that wasn’t even ready, and won’t be for weeks, despite their website saying otherwise. Instead of meeting me with a solution, the manager interrupted me and was extremely dismissive of my problem. I will be shredding my Lowe’s card, closing my account and never coming back. I highly recommend anybody else to go to Menards and avoid this trap.

    Went into store today Lawn and Garden and Max was on it!!! He saw us and did not hesitate to help us out! Choosing mulch and garden soil at the best price! Then he loaded it all up for us!!! Lowe’s he’s a keeper! Hate to say it, but that was probably the first time someone came up to us before we looked for help! Max thank you keep doing what you’re doing!!

    this lowes in particular is like purgatory. every time i have to go there i lose a part of my soul. feeling is almost mutual for all lowes. but its like the people who work at this one in particular try to make every experience worse than the last.

    A Disaster from Start to Finish ​What should have been an exciting first appliance purchase for my wife and me turned into a months-long nightmare. We chose Lowe’s for the "convenience" of professional installation, but we received the exact opposite. ​After multiple delays, the first installer finally arrived in February and performed the most incompetent work I’ve ever seen. He drilled 1" slots in our brand-new cabinets, covered them with 2.5" washers, and left the microwave hanging by bolts at a 30-degree angle. Worse yet, a second installer later confirmed the electrical work was not to code and a literal fire hazard. ​The worst part is the "Lowe’s Runaround." The local store refused to help, the "Install Team" claimed they had nothing to do with the installers, and we were forced to do all the legwork ourselves to fix their damage. We are 5 visits in and still dealing with the fallout of a destroyed cabinet and safety risks. ​Save yourself the stress: Go to Menards or a local dealer. Lowe’s takes your money at the register and then completely abandons you the moment a problem arises.
