This is the closest hardware store near me so I’ve been here a lot. The worst in the city. I much rather drive the extra miles to any other store than this. In fact I’d rather not shop at Lowe’s because of this place. Employees don’t care at all and have no interest in doing their job. Almost everything is locked up requiring help and good luck getting anyone to help without waiting a long time. Just absolute terrible customer service and the store is constantly a mess.

I spent 24.95 on a sprinkler...never worked the 1st time. I went through the 16 gates of Hell that is indianapolis traffic took it back and the gave me a refund. I asked them how much I needed to spend to get s sprinkler that actually worked so I wouldn't have to make the trip back. They could not answer the question.
The products sold are very expensive junk made to break. Customer service is a joke. Their employees have no idea what they're doing nor do they care.

Mardo went above and beyond when my family was in buying lumber for our gardening projects! He was kind and patient when making the specific cuts we needed, and did it all with a smile. Very personable! I will say good customer service is becoming increasingly rare, which typically (for me) means I won’t spend my money there anymore. So I am so grateful to have had the experience.
