If I could give zero stars I would. We bought a dishwasher less than 2 years ago and purchased the 5 year warranty. Part of the sprayer arm broke in June and we called in for warranty work. The initial visit went fine, the tech ordered the parts and we received them. Then we were rescheduled foe the parts installation 5 times! Each time we would wait around all day since the window was 8am to 5pm, only to get a text saying they were running behind and then that we had been bumped because they ran out of time. The company emailed and apologized and gave us a gift card for the purchase price of the dishwasher (which we bought on sale). OK, well it happened to be on sale again, but that didnt help pay for the installation/parts kit/delivery - which should have been compensated IMO. So we bought the new one and lowes got $500 more from us. We wait......and wait.....and the delivery date moves......and then im told they should bever have sold us that model and wanted to refund us on another lowes card, but would be more than happy to sell us a dishwasher not on sale with a plastic tub (the one we had, and had ordered again had a steal tub). So....no, not happening. The acting store manager at the time was dismissive at best. Said he'd look into it and call me back within a hour. Three hours later I called back....and he was gone for the day......imagine that. I did get ahold of another individual (Aria?) Who said that refunding us would not be a problem and she submitted for a refund for us. A week later, every time I try to call to find out the status im told she's on vacation or not there ot to call back at 1, so I call back and then get told to call back at 4 because she is not there yet. This is beyond ridiculous. I called another big box store, asked if the model in question had indeed been discontinued and they said no, had plenty in stock, and delivered/installed it 3 days later. Ive been a lifelong lowes customer, but no more!!! Meanwhile.....lowes still has our money for a dishwasher they claim no longer exists. SMH

Being a customer means nothing at this store. Understaffed. Nobody works in any department. The person that helped me disappeared. The person in lumber didn’t know 8 ft from 12 ft. Nobody could locate what I needed. “And I had the freaking Lowe’s app up with the item numbers.” I never shop here… should have went to Menards or Home Depot or Ace.” They could have the last screw on the planet will never come back… I’m still standing here waiting on my order that said “ready for pick up “. 30 mins later. Customer Service Desk name should be changed to “we know nothing and headed to break.” lol
