    I ordered a washer and dryer online with appliance removal and installation. The window I was given was until 7 today. Arrived around 5. Installers noticed rust on plumbing (we live in the country with a well and water softener) Installers advised that their manager would not allow them to install due to this. So, after waiting all day, now have to contact a local plumber for installation. Could they not have given me a heads up? No where in fine print. Disappointing and discouraging. Think I was scammed. Look before you leap! As a follow up, I contacted Lowe’s as requested after spending over $200. and waiting 3 days for a plumber to install my washer and dryer. The plumber said any rust was superficial and didn’t impede installation. Lowe’s associate refused to do anything. When I requested to speak to a manager, he hung up the phone. I will never make another purchase from this company.

    I ordered stone edgers and patio pavers for delivery today 5/1. $1150.00 paid. Only half of the order was delivered and no call or communication. I asked the driver about shortage. He said not my problem he is 3rd party. Call the store. I called the store and they knew they were short and false put in that the customer changed delivery date. Complete lie. I asked for a refund as I need the stone as a crew was showing up to work. They said they would give me a refund and make it right. The credited me 196. And charged me 887 for the order delived. They clearly messed up because the cost for the stuff I received was clearly 570.00 which is easy math 168 stones at 1.25 each and 144 edge at 2.50. Nothing else delivered. Talking with Kevin Williams. The amount was correct. We gave you 192 credit. Absolutely crazy the store would rip off customers this way and make it my problems. I will be looking to take this to legal for theft. Absolutely the worst store I have every dealt with. I would highly suggest to check your receipts as this is probably happening to more than just me. Its crazy to be held hostage with over 3hours on the phone to be treated as poorly as I was with out any clear resolution to end up being told thank you and being hung up on.

    Visited this location and encountered the most unprofessional associate. I was only trying to ask where an item was and was immediately cut off and dismissed as if I wasn’t a paying customer. She pointed to her badge and walked away. I left that store and will not return. Her name I believe was Sontell and was a manager!!!!! Please address this because if this is the introduction to this store I’m not sure how business is still conducted.
