I’d give zero stars if I could. Just tried to call the store for the 4th, 5th and sixth time. Two hang ups and a no answer. Had a pit boss 1150 assembled and silvered as a gift from my partner. Digital meat probes that come with smoker did not arrive with grill. Called on day of delivery (Monday) was told they’d get back to me. Never happened. Called the next day, after 30 minutes on the phone explaining what a digital meat probe does and why it’s important was told someone would deliver them Friday. Friday comes, some guy shows up to fix grill. My partner tries her best to explain the issue. Guy just leaves. No probes. Call around noon, explain the situation yet again to Courtney who was very helpful and said she’d pass the message along and someone would call me back. No call back. And now three calls where I can’t get anyone to pick up the phone. Terrible customer service.
Do not expect their service experts to know anything about their products or to resolve issues. Frustrating as hell. I’d be fired if this was how I operated at work. $700 grill and you guys can’t get it together.

As a former associate and loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed in this store. My son placed and order to be delivered May 26th. After three weeks of calling the store and corporate customer service to find his order, my son finally found out that his order had been charged to his Lowes credit card, but the delivery service had canceled the order. Store management response was to refund his money. No apology. So much for customer loyalty.

Do not accept delivery orders from here if you are a gig workers. Huge roll of the dice of what the items will be because they dont list them in app. You're gonna have 12 bags of fertilizer and 15 bags of dirt, and you wont know untill you show up in your 2 door sedan. Beware!
