That said, I wanted to specifically recognize Jim (Store #0635), who went above and beyond to help me. Took the time to really understand my issue, walked me through possible solutions he could think of, and recommended exactly what I needed and it worked perfectly. I could tell he genuinely cared about helping me and takes pride in what he does. Jim made what could have been a frustrating situation incredibly easy, and that kind of service deserves to be recognized. Lowe’s is lucky to have him on their team. Thank you again, Jim!
- RRRCApr 18, 20261.0I like this Lowe's because of the convenient location. However, management needs to do something about the blue-vest employees that try to sell services. They will approach you and try to sell you services for your house. When you decline, they keep pushing. They are not knowledgeable on where things are on the store. They keep following you, asking questions, trying to get you to sign up for things. It feels like pop-up ads, but in really life. I find it extremely infuriating. I need to go to Lowe's often and in one day I get stopped 4-5 times. I don't want your services. Even if I wanted them, since you guys are so pushy, I'll never get them from you. If management doesn't get rid of these blue -vest sellers, I'll do the longer drive and say goodbye to Lowe's. Thumbs up if you have the same issue with this location!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
