You want to know the best part? It's their customer service! It is STELLAR. Not only did I not have to worry about shipping (it's included and comes via FedEx), but when I configured my couch, my husband and I decided we preferred the deep seats instead of the short seats (that we thought we preferred in the store). No problem, the let me send back the short seat back cushions (at their expense AND they arranged for the pickup. I didn't even have to drop them off anywhere!). There were no questions asked, and no hassle. What a breath of fresh air! They could truly teach Ashley Furniture a few things! (whatever you do don't shop at Ashley Furniture).... I LOVE MY LOVESAC!
