  Pleasant shopping experience at La-Z-Boy - appreciated Josh’s product knowledge and willingness to let us roam the recliners without hovering. Product cost was fair (on sale with additional discount that day). The delivery fee was overpriced ($189 for two recliners) and it’s only about $20 less to pick them up at the store because they still charge a fee for transport from warehouse to the store. Also would prefer to see material (fabric) availability that does not require dry cleaning for accidental spills. Overall, their products in the past have proven high quality and stood up well with heavy use, and that’s worth a premium price to me.

  Josh did a great job at helping me find the exact right recliner to fit me and my needs perfectly. He showed me all of the options, colors, and materials.

  Best furniture shopping experience ever. No high pressure, lots of help with suggestions. Only downside, I don't need to buy more! Thank you Carl for your help. Can't wait for my chair to arrive.

  Linda met me at the front of the store and asked me what I was looking for. I told her and she immediately took me to a chair that was the perfect one. I could not believe it. I had been shopping in two previous stores and I was worn out and ready to give up and just decided to run into La-Z-Boy to see what was up. I’m so glad I did. The chair is exactly what I needed and I’ve been able to get it home and I’m enjoying it as I write this. Linda was professional, very friendly and accommodating. She made spending the money for an unplanned expense, much easier. It was a pleasure working with her.

  We had never been to a La-Z-Boy store. We have never been into recliners or bulky furniture and there was also a bit a sticker shock apprehension. Recently. We were in the market for a recliner due to mobility issues. We scoped out several places and decided to start with La-Z-Boy. We were greeted by Josh and he was very attentive to our requirements. He quickly homed in on some items that fit the bill. The quality of the furniture was impressive. We received a quote and went on our way to two other places. The quality and options and the other places did not compare. We came back to La-Z-Boy a few days later and made our purchase. We ended up buying two recliners instead of one. Happy with the service and attention. Looking forward to many years of use. We really appreciate Josh answering all our questions and making recommendations based on our needs. Top-notch service.
