  Lazboy has a great selection of chairs, love seats, sofas and end tables. Once I tried out many I found what I wanted and was able to customize it. I would highly recommend LaZboy and Amber who helped me out.

  The sales representative, Amber, who worked with us was outstanding. She gave us some guidance on the labels & store design, then let us look on our own. She sensed when we had questions, & came over to inquire. She did not follow us around but was there when we needed her. She made the entire purchase process easy for us. The store had a good variety of loveseats, both manual and electric recliners.

  Shopping at La-Z-Boy was a wonderful experience. I worked with Josh Warren/salesperson. Josh was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened carefully, allowing him to make great suggestions. He explained everything in detail about the products, extended warranty and other important factors. He made the entire process very enjoyable. I originally purchased two chairs and an area rug, but before I left the store I also purchased a recliner loveseat! Marvin, the in-house interior designer assisted with fabric choices. I would highly recommend the La-Z-Boy store on 82nd street in Indianapolis to anyone wanting quality furniture and top notch sales and design assistance. Thank you, Josh and Marvin!

  6/19/2026 - Approached by sales rep Amber. Mentioned my parents have La-Z-Boy recliners and I had never shopped for one for myself before and was just looking. Clearly “just looking” struck a nerve because as my wife and I were walking through the store, the sales reps gathered near the back of the store, Amber included, and were outwardly calling out “We should hang No Loitering signs.” This statement was said loud and clearly multiple times and we were one of two groups of customers in the store at the time. This was a very disappointing experience and while I was simply looking, I definitely will not be purchasing from anyone at this location. Thank goodness for online shopping. Very sad as we have several pieces of La-Z-Boy items in the family and as a new homeowner, I was looking forward to purchasing my own in the near future. Do better La-Z-Boy Indianapolis.

  Not a corporate store, that's fine, but Leslie didn't need to yell at my 78 year old mother who was trying to get a 4000$ lift chair for my 80 year old father who broke his femur. ESPECIALLY for a franchise store with ZERO other customers in the store kindness greases the wheels of commerce. Learn some basic people skills LESLIE S.
