  Last week I bought a recliner from La-Z-Boy on 82nd Street on the north side of Indpls. We were greeted by Josh W when we walked in. He asked what we were looking for and directed us to the recliners. Josh patiently answered my many questions and watched as I sat in multiple recliners to try them out. At one point he even brought me a book so I could simulate reading in the chair. Josh was very knowledgeable about all the recliners. It was a very pleasant experience because Josh knows the product so well while never feeling pressured. Josh made buying a recliner a fun experience, which I wouldn't have thought possible. Josh made the paperwork part a breeze and five days later they delivered the recliner. In fact, I'm typing this review will sitting in it. Next time we want to buy quality furniture that will last, we'll be dealing with Josh, knowing he'll take good care of us. Thank you, Josh! We appreciate you.

  Loved the selection, price points and adjustability of the products offered. Nothing in stock unfortunately so plan on waiting for 6 weeks or so to get your chair. All chairs have a delivery fee even if you pick it up yourself.

  Josh, the salesman, was such a pleasure to work with! He was so friendly, courteous, and professional. He gave us all the details about the furniture, like what it was made of, how much it cost, and when it would be delivered. We left the store feeling happy with our decision and can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive. We will be back to see Josh for our next furniture purchase.

  Friendly, helpful, experienced, and patient sales person explained many options. He gave us as much time as we needed to try many chairs before we decided on a Pinnacle Power leather chair with a power headrest and lumbar support at a fair price with a 30% discount.

  The lazy boy we purchased was broken and filthy when it arrived. No accountability from the staff to solve this issue which is a lazy boy problem. The chair arrived while I was working and the delivery team brought the chair in and installed the chair. Unfortunately i made the mistake of signing while I was on the phone with work. Once I had chance to sit in the chair I realized that it was wet, dirty, and broken. Also Didn’t feel like the chair we sat in at the store. I could not be more upset about lazy product and service
