THEY RAISED MY RENT BY 200% in a single month without warning. They claimed they sent a letter, which I did not receive. My mailbox is locked by key. They had no way to prove they sent a letter and cited “market conditions” (hilarious) as the reason. DO NOT USE EXTRA STORAGE SPACE THEY WILL JACK YOUR RATES UP INSANELY
