Stopped in to get my storage unit that went up for auction and Shirley as working. I have to say what a best experience I have had with a storage company. She was very sweet and generous definitely someone you can talk to all day and never get bored. Definitely worth getting a unit here

Had a great experience at this Extra Space Storage, thanks to Shirley.
I'd reserved a 20x10 unit, but before heading to the office we walked up to check it out and noticed the unit actually has two separate access doors because it's really two units next to each other—and one of them has a structural beam running through it that eats into the usable space and makes it awkward. I went down to talk to Shirley, and even though she was helping another customer at the time, she managed to juggle both of us without missing a beat. She recommended a 10x20 unit instead, and once we confirmed it would work, she got everything set up. She wasn't able to simply swap the unit on my existing reservation, so we cancelled/refunded the original and I rebooked the new unit online to make sure I still got the online rate.
A couple days later I noticed I'd been charged for the original unit again. One quick call to Shirley and she confirmed it was a mistake and fixed it right away.
Shirley is friendly, customer-focused, and clearly committed to taking care of people—every time I've been to this location she's out on the floor helping customers. She turned what could have been a stressful process into an easy, smooth one, even when a few things went sideways that were out of her control. Highly recommend this location.
My only suggestion for the location itself would be adding a loading dock—right now you're relying on the truck ramp for loading/unloading, and a dock would make that a lot easier.
