I enjoyed the location and friendly staff. My issue was I explained to them a few times that I planned on keeping my unit for a long time. And in the span of a year they quadrupled my monthly payment. They were willing to bring it down some after I called and complained. They said the rate was comparable to other storage places. Just became to much money. I also had the roof leak on my stuff, a few things had rust colored water stains on it but that wasn't the end of the world
