Jaye is awesome to work with! He really tries to find the best solution when problems arise. Recently I had to switch to this location from another location as the size of the unit I had increased by a whopping $34 in one month and I was way past the 3 months pro period. Now I have a smaller unit for the same price as the bigger unit. 🙄 BUTT Jaye found me 1 unit left with AC! Apparently "climate control" (AC and heat) is a luxury item now to protect your valuables from the elements of hot AND cold. Without "climate control" listed in the description you can have an indoor unit; down a hallway, BUT its kept at 80°F in summertime and you sweat just going down the hallway getting a couple things out of your unit! 🙄 ITS NOT like if it was AC set to 80°F either, its stifling air with an exhaust fan blowing but it gets hotter inside a metal building. Sooo if youre storing photo albums, (like the old kind with glued pages) or anything heat sensitive "climate control" may be worth the extra money.

The office staff, Jay and Amanda, is excellent. My biggest complaint is how the rent doubled after 6 months. I am also upset that they got rid of the dumpster at my location. So now I have to pay to take little things I don’t want to keep to the dump. More money, that I don’t have.
