I can’t remember her name (sorry!) but the woman in the office was so kind and accommodating when I lost the key to my storage unit. She was quick to return my call and had a new lock and key waiting for me when I arrived at the office. Great service!

During my visit after renting a unit, I had to return for some packaging material for my glassware! Staff was present and greeted me with a smile. Made suggestions on other products that would aid in my packing and was very professional through the entire process. I would highly recommend this hidden gem off Washington street with their superb customer service, professionalism with a smile and answered all my questions, and quick in and out process with payment options!!!!
