  This company has door to door sales men that will lie strait to your face saying we’re in the area servicing your neighbors “they’re were in-fact not servicing anyone near me” (I should have know better) the salesman will say we’re a small family owned business we charge less than the big guys but since we’re in the neighborhood will give you half off the initial service. Will clean up all signs of insects and treat the house ( by the way they don’t do a thorough job had to them call back out since they left spider webs up in the specific areas I told them they were in closets). They state there initial fee is 350 but since there in the neighborhood they’ll only charge $175 and $54 a month but only visit the property once every 3 months( they want you to sign a 12 month contract) . The salesman will swear up and down that you can cancel at anytime “we’re a small family owned business we work with people” ( I should have read the contract better) but if life happens and you have to move out of no were don’t believe they’re out to help you they make sure to bring up there contact stating you have to pay the promotional difference of the the initial service so $174 just to cancel the contract. Mine was for 12 months and I payed the initial service plus a couple of months before we had to move didn’t even have time to receive the first quarterly visit. Long story short don’t trust the salesman this company hires. ( when I called to cancel the girl laughed saying when I said I was not made away of having to pay the difference of the promotional fee to cancel saying that’s our typical sales guys) and don’t thrust that they are a small family owned business that will work with you. P.S. when I finally told the gal over the phone to cancel she just hung up on me no bye or have a good day just hung up. Had to call back asking for a confirmation that it would be cancelled. I would not recommend this company to anyone that I know or anyone reading this review stay far far away!

  We noticed a developing hornet nest under our garage eave, close to our hummingbird feeder. It was growing rapidly and needed to be removed. Blue Duck was able to take care of it the same day. Blake did the work. He said the hornets may start rebuilding it, and they will come back if that happens. We were pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism.

  The service tech walked up and introduced his self like a professional! Informed me of what he was going to do and physically ran around hustling to get the job done! Very well done and I am very happy that I chose Blue Duck for our flea and tick treatments! Thanks a lot!
