People were very nice, but service was garbage. Roach infestation, flies are bad, ants are bad. They sprayed a couple spots randomly at baseboards throughout house and set four small roach traps in kitchen and mouse trap outside. No fly traps like I was told, and no roach traps in any other infested area but on one kitchen wall. Children’s rooms still infested, flies everywhere still, ants still on counters, They did little to none of what they I was told they would, and charge 200 if you want to cancel. Will be calling to fix this, will update later maybe if they fix it, until then I would definitely not recommend this company…!

The van stopped in front of my drive way blocking my daughter who was backing up to leave. He just sit there for awhile not looking around. He finally look and seen the truck backing up. He back the van up. I did not him come around to back yard. I wS waiting on him. But no one came to the back for anything. Are they suppose to spray bugs of all kinds. My daughter got by some kind of bugs. See picture. I am not happy with service from your company.

Ryan was the salesman that came to my door, and he was really nice and talked me into getting this service set up. He did tell me the bugs may seem worse in the beginning, but after the second treatment they should be gone. But it seemed like they never went away and I was paying for nothing . Now one of the main reasons I signed up is because Ryan told me I could cancel anytime , but they would appreciate a two month notice before hand. But after three months of the paying for the service (I also wanna add they told me $80 was the cheapest option but all of the send when I wanna cancel suddenly there’s a $35 option) and feeling like it was doing nothing and that money could towards bills, I was told I’d have to pay $200 to cancel because I’m in a 12 month agreement.
So I messed up by listening to what the salesman told me because that’s not what’s in the contract.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
