  This is not a review of the technicians, but the company/service. Aptive is a dishonest and predatory company. They will not come every month, but you will pay every month. So they get paid for services that aren’t even rendered. They will often push to do as little as possible and suggest that idea to you, making it so you have to request for them to treat the inside of your house. Once you have a card on file, they will not let you remove that card. They purposefully change how they schedule services, so it’s confusing and you end up missing a service YOU PAID FOR. In the winter months, Instead of not charging you for the multiple MONTHS they don’t come, They still charge you. I’ve been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt for over a year, even with the overwhelming amount of negative reviews but over and over again they prove those reviews correct. I cannot wait until this predatory contract I am part of is finished and I never have to give them a dime. Unlike Aptive Environmental, I have integrity. This is insane. Just give good service! Don’t take money when you haven’t earned it. Don’t use predatory contracts. They could’ve earned my business for the next 20 years, I live on a farm so we are going to need it, But I’m already looking elsewhere. They could’ve earned business from my in-laws, My neighbors and my family For years to come, instead, I will be telling them to go elsewhere. It’s a real shame.

  Horrible company, scam you into getting a contract that you “can’t get out of” for 24 months..when you call and complain that their product is shit and does absolutely nothing, they say it’s going to cost $200 to cancel service but they can knock the contract down to 12 months and reduce the price by 50%…still doesn’t help that it doesn’t work!!! Our property gets treated for all insects and I still have spiders, stink bugs, mosquitos, etc everywhere. A guys came when my mother was over and she still seen a whole ass spider in a web, living it’s best life, after he left when they are supposed to remove all webs and nests. The company is a complete JOKE!

  The courtesy call before arrival, the question's asked, the clear communication, and friendly employees are all some of the est services one can request when strangers are walking through your house to get rid of pests.

  We started with Aptive around 2020 and kept them through 2 house moves. They started out great with good service and communication and great treatment. Over the last year the quality has gone down. I never had to call them back before after a service but this year I’ve had to call them back after every visit. They come and leave without me being able to speak to them. They used to spray everywhere and this year they just spray the corners inside the house. The bugs still persist and more come which is not how it was. I became disillusioned with the money I was paying and drop in quality.
