I still feel like weI need more done in the backyard We need to get something going around the deck. We would like to have them back out next Saturday. I tried to call and make an appointment, but your system would tell me everything that I said, but had technical difficulties scheduling the return appointment for next Saturday I’m excited about the service, but I still do feel there’s a lot of mosquitoes that we’re still seeing pretty prevalently in the backyard. Overall, everything has been pretty professional. We are also seeing lots of bugs in our pool so hopefully we can work together towards solutions and we understand it might take a week or two. Looking forward to seeing what Aptiv can do for us. The sales rep did a great job. We’re just hoping that the SERVICE matches what she kind of promised. Time will tell and if they do a great job, I will ensure I post something very positive. What’s 50 for the first installment and 89 a month thereafter and 199 once you cancel we really are hoping to see a difference and again if all expectations are met will be sure to post something positive about the overall service Too early to tell at this time

Today I had Zack here to do inside and out. He was a perfect representative for your company. Zack took his time to do things right!

The salesman knocked on the door, I quickly hushed my dogs and through the door let him know I was not interested. He then decided to ring my doorbell which sent my dogs into another barking frenzy and woke my sleeping baby. Glad to know their sales people aren’t respectful.

TL;DR - Do NOT sign their contract. They don’t know or honor what’s in it.
After having Aptive service my home for around 22 months, I decided that it wasn’t worth the benefit that I was getting out of it. Their contract specifies a $199 cancellation fee for early termination with the term of the contract being “24 months OR 16 regular treatments”.
I called after 17 treatments and was told that I would be charged the cancellation fee because I had not taken the contract to the 24 month term. I pointed out the clause about 16 regular treatments and was then told that the first treatment didn’t count as a regular treatment, so I would need one more. Not ideal, but fine. Paying for one more treatment is slightly cheaper than the $199 cancellation fee anyway.
I called after the next treatment and, again, was told that I’d be charged due to not taking the contract to the 24 month term. Again, I reminded them of my 16 regular treatments (which, in reality, I had paid for 17 at this point). Again, I was told that I needed one more. I pointed out the contract language multiple times and it took 3 phone calls, disputing with my credit card company, and speaking with a supervisor to finally have the charge reversed.
The customer service agents are clearly following a script in which they are instructed to inform customers calling that they need “one more service” before they cancel the account in order to discourage discontinuing their service.
I have NEVER felt the need to leave a review for any company despite how poorly they may have treated me, but I genuinely feel that this company is blatantly scamming their customers.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
