- SFShane FranklinSep 25, 20261.0I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life than by the Columbus store they don't care about there customers they don't call you back they void you they were suppose to come out today fix my reclining love seat did not show up waited all day for them didn't even bother to call me to let me know they were not coming when I called the other guy answered the phone told me they have other things going on in store don't have time for me down graded the old management team that always cared and returned my calls Steven the manager has always been rude and disrespectful since he started there and may want to train his staff how to treat customers what a total waist of my time with them I told them come and get your damn love seat I'm done and I went else where what the hell is wrong with people

Nobody forces people to sign up to a year or 2 year lease paying interest. Then you got someone leaving a bad review for rent a center and American rental on Aaron’s page. I haven’t seen one good actual bad review that warrants a bad review.
