- MPMia Price1 day ago5.0I don't know many good places that are patient and kind as this one, being a single parent things come up and they understand and is willing to work with you to make sure you keep your items!!! If I could give them 20 stars I would, excellent team keep up the good work and excellent customer care!
- SSSweatheartOct 7, 20261.0Unfortunately I've been a customer for years now. I came in today stood around for an hour for a king bed set. I wanted and had my son with me. also never got help manager stayed in the back the whole time instead of taking care of us was just waiting on the paperwork. employee did apologize for him. and told me he would call me to finish up in 40 minutes never called so I tried no answer thinking about returning my washer in dryer now because this isn't a way to do business very rude.
- DID’Jasper Probincrux IIISep 22, 20265.0It’s funny how there’s people putting low reviews when they’re probably a customer that never paid and probably went to collections and then people whining about how they were approved for a low amount when they did a review on another Aaron’s in Terre Haute (seems fishy). Then not to mention you have a company that doesn’t even do credit checks and allows people to get hundreds and thousands of dollars worth of stuff for only a penny but wants to complain. Just crazy to me.
- MBMr Cherokee BlackfootSep 18, 20265.0They have great stuff to rent or buy there Awesome
- CCClaire's CraftsAug 12, 20261.0VERY POOR SERVICE! WASTED 2 WEEKS VERIFYING EVERYTHING ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY ONLY APPROVED ME FOR 100 A MONTH PAYMENT! THE ITEM I WANT IS 200 A MONTH! WILL BE CONTACTING A DISCRIMINATION LAWYER, THE BBB, AND THE IS ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE!!!! AARON'S WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THEIR DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES!!!!

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.
What is Aaron’s EZPay?
EZPay is an automatic payment system where your renewal payment is automatically paid each month, on the date you select, using your debit or credit card, so you never have to worry about missing a payment again. See your local store to sign up.
