I had a GREAT experience at Extra Space!
We currently have two separate units with other facilities. Joe was in office and ready to help. He asked enough questions and took the time to match me with the perfect unit for my family's needs. Not only is the unit big enough to consolidate my other units into, saving me money, but it's also climate controlled. Bonus, it's just inside the door from the secure loading garage.
It would have been hard to say no to Joe, even if it wasn't such a good fit. He took me to walk the facility and see the units that might work for me. I never felt rushed, and Joe took the time to show me how to access the garage, gates, and doors when we were done. He made sure the phone app and backup manual code worked. There's an on site restroom, too!
I'm sure Joe has a lot of fans, and he just gained one more. Thanks!!!
