  He left my mother’s light colored carpet FULL of brown smears throughout. I thought she was exaggerating when she told me, but it was really so bad. A different carpet cleaning service she uses every year always does a wonderful job, but the job AJ did was horrible. She didn’t want him back to try to fix it when I asked and I can’t blame her. AJ finally agreed to give me 1/4 back of what I paid. That was a month ago and I haven’t received anything. My mom had her usual carpet service back and they fixed what AJ did.

  Great service and polite staff. Furniture looks great and they cleaned my stairs too. Great job. Will use again.

  I wish I could give negative stars. They were beyond unprofessional and rude. The cost was double what they quoted over the phone. And they left the carpet sopping wet, to the point there would be damage to the wood underneath, on the stairs. When I called back to discuss all of these things, they were fighting with me and completely disregarded all of my concerns. It took an entire 10 minute argument, to get them to come back and soak up some of the water on the stairs. They chose not to soak up the water on the rest of the carpets. CANNOT express enough how much I regret going with this terrible company.
