I have been in this facility for JUST over a year. I’ve had storage units LOTS of times. My experience with this particular facility is the in the quality of the staff. They have been extremely helpful to me since the very beginning of my need to be in a unit there. I haven’t talked to A LOT of people there, but anyone that I have talked to there has been very helpful, supportive, responsive, resourceful, shown integrity and respect. Customer service and/or how you treat people is VERY important to me. In all honesty with this facility being kind of tucked away a somewhat smaller lot than I’ve been in over my years of having units at places, I wasn’t really expecting that great or much of interaction with anyone really. But to my surprise, I was very wrong about that. I don’t even have to wonder about the safety of my belongings because the vibe I have gotten from anyone has me feeling completely secure without a second thought. I’m glad I chose that facility and it’s not the most closest to my home either. It’s the customer service that has me sold on this one as my recommended go to.
